Remote Training Sessions

Remote training sessions are conducted via online meeting software between your staff and our engineers. They will typically include remote desktop viewing so that all participants can view and interact with the application remotely. This type of training session can be scheduled by contacting our office by email at support@dcit.com or by phone. Training sessions can be held for groups of up to 6 people. Larger groups will be broken out into multiple sessions. A session generally lasts two to three hours depending upon the material to be covered. If more time is needed, multiple sessions will be scheduled over the period of a few days. 

It is recommended that all participants study the tutorial videos before scheduling a remote training session. The cost of remote training sessions is based upon the group size and the amount of material that is scheduled to be covered.

Typically, sessions will be scheduled sequentially with short breaks in between, over the period of two or more days.

It is recommended that all participants study the tutorial videos before scheduling a local training session. The cost of local training sessions is based upon the group size, the amount of material to be covered, and the cost of travel.
